The OKC Chapter maintains an annual mentorship program. The goal of the program is to provide opportunity for professional growth and coaching to recent Health & Safety graduates and new professionals by pairing them with an experienced professional for interaction and guidance.

We launched the mentorship program in 2015. The committee selected six mentorship pairs and conducted two mentorship program events. The mentorship pairs established a development plan to specify two goals to work toward during the year and meet frequently to stay connected. Read more about the program and mentorship pairs in the September 2015 ASSE OKC Chapter newsletter.
