Oklahoma City Chapter Receives Awards at Safety 2008

 
The Oklahoma City Chapter receives an ASSE Chapter Stars Award. $500 Meeting Attendance Incentive Drawing

To be eligible for the drawing, you must be a current member and attend 5 of the first 9 monthly Chapter meetings. The winner will be drawn at the 10th meeting in June and you must be present at the June meeting to win. The official record of your attendance at each meeting will be the “sign-in” sheet, so make sure you sign in!

Student members, visitors and elected Chapter officers (President, President-Elect, Treasurer, Secretary and Delegates) will not be eligible to participate in the drawing.

ASSE Foundation Scholarships

The ASSE Foundation has more than $100,000 to be awarded to undergraduate and graduate SH&E college students. They also have about $8,000 in Professional Development Grant funds available for ASSE members to improve their SH&E skills. Applications can be found on the ASSE Foundation Web Site. The deadline for these applications is December 1st.
